Skyrim Armor and Weapons
Next, bring some good equipment with you every time you play the Elder Scrolls V Skyrim game. Depending on the situation, bring some nice armor. Bring the type of armor you specialize in, especially since most dungeons are new to explorers. I usually wear a mix of light and heavy, and I never bring a shield.
Also, bring some nice weapons. It is also preferred to bring the weapon type that you specialize in. However, if you're running a new dungeon, make sure to bring a crap weapon. I cannot tell you how many times I have lost a nice weapon, or reloaded an earlier auto-save, because a Dragur Death lord used the disarm shout on me.
Myself, I stick to bows in Elder Scrolls V Skyrim, but I usually carry a weapon that is required for a quest because they will not use the disarm shout on weapons such as this. If you are going to take on a mammoth or giant, or multiples of the aforementioned, my advice to you is do not do it unless you have a high level of experience.
Giants and mammoths do an incredible amount of damage even if you are wearing heavy armor. I have seen giants send players flying with a deathblow.
Another important tip for you in combat is using your shouts wisely. Remember depending on the shout, they have recharge times; some can last quite long. Also, make sure you have the right type shout equipped, I had made that mistake a few times myself.
In addition, if you are running a mission in the rebellion storyline of Elder Scrolls V Skyrim, for the sake of your life, watch your friendly fire. I was playing a mission, accidently killed a teammate, and they all swarmed me. They have a zero tolerance policy, one teammate intentionally killed they will attempt to take your life for treason.
Do you have a tip for playing Elder Scrolls V Skyrim?
